Default Sound In One Speaker Only

Hello, im back again with a probem linked to my other one which was that i couldnt get no sound at all.

Thanks to people here, i managed to get sound out of my pc

But, it appears that sound only comes out of one speaker. I have tested the speakers on another device and they work fine. Ive tested other speakers on my computer but im still only getting sound from one speaker. All the wires are definatly plugged in correctly, and im using my motherboards on board speaker settings.

This maybe a problem with the drivers, im not sure...

Thanks in advance for help.

I can't see that this would be a driver issue. Check all of the levels by double clicking on the sound icon (by the clock).

Everything there is fine, all the adjustments are on the right balance and the volume is up on all of them. My sound has never acted like this before...

What happens if you plug headphones into the same socket as the speakers? Is the sound missing in the right or left ear?

Howdy sam_wood,
What type of sound manager do you have? Realtek etc?
Are the speakers configured correctly in there like 5.1 surround or 2.1 etc..
