Default Start menu?

Hi there, I was just wondering why my little picture thing isn't on the top of the start menu? Instead of having the picture and name, my start menu only has my name on it. And when I click the shut down button on the start menu, it gives me window classic style option instead of the windows xp pro. Anyone know what's going on?

Go to Control Panel - display - Themes tab and select Classic - ok. Then when that has loaded, select Windows XP in that same drop down list - ok. That should fix it.
