Default [Fixed] Stupid internet page takes ages to load

First off i'd like to thank those who tried to help me with my usb cd rom problemo, but i got so frustrated with it i went and brought another dvd burner today. But now that i've reformatted my pc, when i go to an internet page, and scroll down it jerks and views at stuff line by line, or frame by frame, however you might wanna see it, but its annoying me and i know it might be something simple, but i cant figure it out. Any suggestions please help me before i buy something else

Welcome back LipstixX, this problem is an extremely easy one to fix, and you won't need to spend anymore money unless you want to

It's a simple matter of video card drivers. Do you know what kind of video card you have? Or if it's a HP/IBM/Dell/Parkard Bell/etc what model is it?
We'll be able to link you directly to the drivers you need to download and install.

i have no idea how to find out what my graphics card is, i went to desktop,properties, settings, advanced, adapter and theres nothing there ????????????????

Hey GaRHaR..
I fixed it thanks to your handy advice about graphics card drivers. I found my graphics card cd and installed my drivers since they disappeared when i reformatted my pc.. Thanks again
