Default Reformatting trouble!!!

So i recently reformatted my pc. All my essential stuff is back on, nice and clean. I also have all security updates from microsoft, and am running sp2. So my problem is, everything seems to be running really sluggish. When i go into ie or firefox and scroll, its like the windows lags behind what i do. And when i open a song in wmplayer, it's really slow and everything. What could be the problem?

Hya Evan, welcome to PCHF.

Sounds like you didn't install a graphics driver after reinstalling windows, and maybe other drivers aswell.

If you need help finding the right drivers then either post the brand and model of your pc, or your system specs.
