Thanks for your input.My problem now is that I did download the dvdxpack and after 2hrs got the executable. I trie to open it and got this message. can't be unpacked the executable has been corrupted. I down loaded it two more times and got the same answer. I contacted support after the first try and they said they would get back to me within 24 t0 48 hrs. No answer. Trie again and got the same answer. How do I get to them to give me some directons? They billed me against my credit card, so they got their money but I don't have the product. Any suggestons???

I'd call your credit card company and say "these people haven't supplied the service i paid for, can you withdraw my payments" Contact their support again and say "i've withdrawn the payments subject to receiving the support i paid for"
