Default FAT to NTFS

Hello,

I changed my pc case and my graphics card, and i started getting problems. My fault because i didn't unistall the ATi graphics drivers proberly. Anyway, i've formatted my HDD, with the win98se disk, as the xp disk kept crashing for some reason. I don't know how to convert my HDD to NTFS so i can install XP. I don't have any floopys this is why i can't do it, most of the sites that produce converters advise you to use floopys not cd's. I was wondering if anyone has any sites that let you use a CD or a alternative way.

Thanks for reading,

Mick

Hey Mick!

How do you want to install your XP with a crashing disk?
Cause during the installation of XP, you'll format your harddrive to NTFS, so once you get that working, the rest is no longer a problem.

Hi Empty, your memory is DOA (Dead on Arrival).

Windows XP is very picky with memory during the installing process, and won't install with bad memory. The BSOD's you're getting are related to a bad memory stick.

If you remove the new one you've put in, and try again - it should be fine.
