Default Problem with XP installation @ 80GB SATA HDD

I got Western Digital 80GB SATA2 HDD, and my computer specs are:

AMD Athlon XP 3000+ 2166MHz
Abit NF7-S v2.0
GeIL 512MB PC3200 * 2
WD 80GB SATA2 + 14GB IDE
Asus V8170 GeForce4 MX440 64MB

Now my XP installed on the old 14GB IDE drive and it's very slow. When I try to install the XP on the new 80GB SATA2 drive, I press F6 to load the drivers from the floppy, then I choose the partition and it's copying the system files. When it's restarting the computer to start the installation, it's don't boot the install and boot again from the CD.

I know that there's thing called "1024 cylinder boundary" that located at 8GB on my 80GB SATA2, and I tryed to make the Primary Active partition 8GB and 15GB - so I think that it's not the problem.

I got to say that now in the XP installed on the 14GB IDE, I can use my new 80GB SATA2 normally. If I open the partition that I wanted to install there the XP, I see "WINDOWS" folder and hidden "boot.ini" file:

Code:
[boot loader]
timeout=1
default=signature(162b162a)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
signature(162b162a)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect
And yes, I know that I need to change the order of the Boot (CD,SATA,FDD).

So please, help me to slove this problem!

Sorry for bad English!

I had a similar problem for a 400g sata, ended up getting an IDE converter chip off ebay. Works a charm, now ive got a 400gb hdd that i dont need to have the OS on.

Good as a last resort.

I've tryed to unplug the 14GB, but it's still the same problem.
I can't configure why the installation don't continue.

I've tryed now to boot the SATA, but it says:
DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER
