Unhappy Laptop USB Ports not working

Hi,

Can anyone help me please?

I have a Tiny N18 laptop but the USB ports won't work. When I go into Device Manager and look at the list there there are no USB ports listed!

I don't know if there ever were any (although I guess there must have been) but I recently bought this laptop 2nd hand so I don't know.

Please help! Thank you.

Hi there pebbles and welcome to the forum.

did you receive a CD with the laptop from Tiny?
also, do you know how to check for the existance of USB devices in the bios?
