Default New Build XP Install HELP!!!!

First here are my hardware stats:

Asrock 775twins hdtv MB
40GB SATA HDD
Lite on DVD ROM
1 x 1GB PC3200 RAM
P4 519 3.06ghz (skt 775)
Antec Minuet case (300W PSU)

The problem i'm having is that every time i try to install windows XP when it says press enter to install windows, i press enter and the computer shuts itself down and restarts. I first thought it was the SATA drivers but went through the floppy disk process still the same.
Ive tried changing the ram and have a brand new XP home disk, i get to this stage:

hit enter and the computer restarts itself i'm pretty much at my wits end, can anyone help???? PLEASE!!!

Hi Ed,

Welcome to the forum and sorry it's taken so long for a second reply.

Have you followed Mr On Lines suggestion, or had any luck getting windows installed yet?

Please let us know the status so we can help you out further if you need it.

I once had a problem like this... clearing the CMOS did the trick... tho it could be a bios issue, also.
