Hi Snoop,

From what I can gather you have two options.

1. You'll need to purchase a Spanish OS
2. Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows XP users can utilize the Microsoft Windows MUI utility or muisetup.exe which enables you to change the language of the display menus, dialogs, and text within Microsoft Windows. MUI is sold through Microsoft Open License Program (MOLP) or with an Enterprise agreement. It is not available through the standard retail versions of Windows.

Check your pc for C:Windows\mui\muisetup.exe and run that mate.

Changing control panel regional options, will only change your keyboard and a very limited amount of your OS.

I'm afraid so mate. I'll leave this thread open for a day or so to see if any of the other guys have an idea, but from what I can see, that's your only option.
