How far into startup do you get before you get the error and are you able to navigate your computer afterwards?

Hya Lynn.

Have you also tried to uninstall it from safemode?
And did you get any error messages or codes, when trying to uninstall?

If it's loading at startup, let's have a look at your msconfig / startup tab

Start --> run --> msconfig --> startup tab
