Hit The "Prt Scrn" button on the right side of your keyboard while you have the start menu out and it should take a screenshot. After that, go into microsoft paint and go into Edit > Paste. This should paste the screenshot you took with the start menu out onto the program. Once you do taht, all you need to do is save it and upload it on to this forum.

If your not that good with computers and want a easy method to try get Advanced Uninstaller they do a 30 day free trial with no limits and if you have something that wont uninstall normaly in add and remove programs you can force the uninstall its worked a treat for me in the past then you could try re downloading nero its available by clicking HERE hope this helps
