Hehe, i thought of that already

If you put the disk into your current working computer, there is a help file there called CIA.CHM if you open up that - all your questions should be answered

The manual tells you how to get into it once it starts up and it says that in order to reset the passwords you need to go into "User Accounts" but once you get there it just lets you open up all of the folders on your computer. I dont really know what im supposed to do to change anything or even find where the administrators password is. It just lets me navigate through all of the folders on drive C.

No problem, I am extremely thankful that you are doing this for me at all.

EDIT: Heh, i just realized that the computer that I just built is the exact same computer that you have except for the harddrives and my Athlon is a 4200+. Lol, just thought that was kinda cool.

Ok, here's what I've understood from my collegue here.

1) Bootup with CIA Commander disk
2) Select User Accounts
3) Navigate to your Windows dir and press Space Bar
You should now see a list of user names in the top left corner
4) Select the Admin user with the arrow keys and press enter
5) Push F3 to change the password to something easy to remember - abcd1234 is a nice one.
Then quit, and reboot... Let me know how you get on

@ your edit.
lol, yea i'm really happy with this compute - the 150gb raptor made a huuuuge difference.
did you get the same motherboard? the deluxe? if so - beware the chipset fan, and you might want to look at getting it replaced soon...mine lasted about 8 months, most peoples have lasted 2 months and Asus replace them with another fan that will last another 2 months...

I've got a Zalman passive heatsink on mine, and it works a treat.

WHY!!?!?!?!?!? It says that I have no Administrator password set but it still asks me for a password to login to it and it wont accept leaving it blank. I swear, the computer god must hate me. I cant believe that this doesnt just happen to everyone. Im going to have to format my hardrive and reinstall windows arent i? This is so crazy, it doesnt make sense at all.
