Default Resolution Problems

Hey, Im Dave and basically Im having troubles with my Resolution Size. From the start... I have just Re-formatted my PC. Done everything and inputted all the stuff I needed to. Straight away I noticed a difference in the size of the resolution. I did everything such as installing everything i needed and then decided to do something about the resolution. Ive looked on guides on how to change it but havent been able to find anything. Now you may be thinking, Just go to Properties on desktop but no no..

I cant change these in the slighest and they wont move or be anything else. Only that screen size is available and only 16 bit is available. I used to have 32 bit and 1024x768. I did what the trouble shooter said...

Untill that bit came along and then I find this...

Im not able to click the properties button. I dont know what I should be doing. Do i need to upgrade my drivers? If so.. How!? I really need your support and help if possible as Im finding it hard to use this in such a small resolution PLUS I cant play alot of games because of that fact too. I would really appreciate as much help as possible ASAP. Thank you in advance.

Dave//

hi lildave, and welcome to the PCHF

Unfortunatly, you haven't reinstalled everything you need. You are missing the drivers for you video card, and most likely a couple of other things as well.

What video card do you have?

ok, that's a simple one then.

This link is to the video card drivers for your card.
Guru3D is a trusted site in the gaming community and the link is to WHQL drivers. They are safe and will work.
