Default Restricting user accounts

Is there a way to restrict the Limited user accounts on my computer (win XP pro sp2) without restricting my Admin account? I want to them to only be able to use AOL to browse the internet (my younger brother and sister use my computer, but my parents want them to only be able to use AOL because of its strong parental control feature). I want to be able to prevent there accounts from using IE or Firefox. Thanks very much in advance.

Hi Teej, how much do you know about the permissions and security settings in XP Pro?

Not a whole lot.. but if you tell me how to set something its not a problem. I know how to get around in XP Pro, im just not familiar with the advanced security/permissions settings, because I had never had the need to use them until now. I used to be the only one using this computer. Thanks for your help in advance.
