Hi TheGrimReaper, how are ya?

To fix this issue, go to Start, Run, type in the open box "services.msc" (without quotes) and press enter. You now want to scroll down and find the service named "Security Centre" and double click on it. In the "Startup Type" box set it to "Automatic" and then under "Service Status" press "Start". Hit "Apply" then "Ok".
