Hi there, if you go to start and run, you can access system restore via this command:

%SystemRoot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe

Probably full of spyware...
I'll alert the security team.
ummm... did you know that with XP you can use the User Accounts settings to block your son from downloading? You would have to set a password(write it down!!) on your own account-- but you could save yourself some aggravation.
With him on a "limited user" account -he'd be blocked from downloading and installing trouble. Just my 2 cents.

Im running netgear wireless to his seperate pc, I suspected a problem with him downloading but he's gone thru MSN sign in and not my BT sign in so by passed the protection.
its taken 9 hours for BT to tell me they have a problem with emails which has been screwing my pc up all day!!

tried deleting Norton AV 2004 on his pc and installing 2006 but tells me cant uninstall the old version without going thru add/remove progs. Ive done this and still cant get NAV2006 to load fully.

NAV is a hungry program that causes alot of problems. Might I suggest AVG, or even TrendMicro PC-Cillian.

Both are exceptionally great - AVG is free, and PC-Cillian is cheap. Both run faster then Norton.
