Start up error message
hey there,
I'm having a winXP from a friend of mine which gives the following error message at startup. acstart16.exe, the application error is oxc0000135. When i interview her, she says that they tried installating telephone management systems software and it failed. This did not give any problem till they started expriencing some power cuts in the past two weeks. Nevertheless, three folders of my documents is automatically opened three times. The machine automatically restarts but it still give an error message ie acstart16.exe application failure. I can't comprehend this and any help would be appreciated.
