Hi Henryutd,

Welcome to The PCHF!
I've had a look around and found a few free sites like this you should just be able to google xp themes and there are any number of them out there. There is uite a good site here where there are a number of other customisations yu might want to check out. One word of advice is that before you do anything to the system, create a restore point in the system recovery section of the help and support centre so if anything goes wrong you can roll the system back.
As to spyware you should be able to take care of it with one of our free downloads in the downloads section above.
Happy tweaking

Woah, that look's pretty nice henryutd, hey you guys, is there a way to get a theme that looks kind of like that, but without installing any other programs to make it work?

Hi snoop8,

there is - by using the windows theme manager itself.

by default, the theme manager is pretty...useless - to say the least....but there's a file that you replace in the windows directory with another one (i've done this) and it works great.

The file is called uxtheme.dll and here's the link below. There are instructions on how to install it on the website.

Good luck
