Windows XP/2000 - my usb my digibank 1.5gb unreconized posted in the Operating Systems forums; ok last night i plugged it in and copyed my stuff off it and then i formatted it not changing the partiton or any thing and put some files on ...

Default my usb my digibank 1.5gb unreconized

ok last night i plugged it in and copyed my stuff off it and then i formatted it not changing the partiton or any thing and put some files on it then this morning i plugged it in and by the way im running windows xp pro sp2 . and it says usb unreconized please replug in etc and some times it say installing unknown device

if you could help me with this it would be good.

edit also i plugged it in after a few times of trying and it came up and i could go into it but then it went again.

hi benny,

Can you please try and plug in the drive into one of the back usb ports?

Also, can you restart the computer with the drive plugged in?

um i only have back ones so that no problem and yes i have restarted but still the same nothing diffrent

it's really werid it's as if i have deleted the firmware for it some how because it says it's a unknown device also i attached a picture of what happening

Ok, I did a bit of research into the digibank drive...it came with some bundled software, is there any drivers or firmware on the cds?
