Yes Gentlemen... I know that physical access is tough to beat... And windows built-in lockdowns "stink" anyway--- I was referring to third-party lockdown software...

Alternatives to Windows' standard desktop lockdown features

Those can be quite a bear to unlock if you forget that master password
