Angry [Fixed] Stubborn Icon...

Ok I got a stubborn Icon on my desktop at the moment. Firstly I need to say that while starting a download to somthing (downloading to desktop) I cancled it and it left the icon there. (with nothing in it, its just a blank file I guess) Anyway the problem is when I go to delete it, it says...

"Cannot Delete iTunesSetup: It is being used by another person or program.

Close any programs that may be using the file and try again"

Yes, it is iTunesSetup and was included when i was downloading a newer version of quicktime. I went into Ctrl+Alt+Delete and closed anything refering to iTunes , and im the only one logged on. Yet it doesnt do anything. I dont think my sister wants me deleting like 28GB of her music to take off an icon (if it came down to doing that) so is there other ways to delete icons.

BTW it wont even let me move it into a new place (like my documents), rename it or any of those other things. It's taking up my organized desktop lol
