I have created a account for my brother on my PC. I want to know if can select what program hes allowed & not allowed to use. I have XP home edition

That should be possible, but it's really not easy.
Thereby, I personally am not quite sure on how exactly it works.

As far as I know, you can select shared maps and unshared maps for each user.
On of our hardware gurus will get back to you on this.

easiest way would be to create his account as "limited access" and install all the programs you dont want him to use in your my documents folder, or somewhere that's password protected for you.

it's a simple way, and it's not 100% secure, but it'll do the trick
