Somehow when my computer was running slow and I shut it down when I reboot I immediately get a Norton GoBack Error 122 which says my system is unstable. I have spent hours on the phone with Norton and Dell trying to resolve this as I DO NOT want to loose my data. Norton told me to create a Norton GoBack boot disk but that didn't help.
Any suggestions??
Thanks
Mick

It looks like I am going to have to remove hard drive, put it on another computer as a slave and see if I can't recover the data.
Thanks, Mick |
