Exclamation Weird Boxes In end program on shutdown

Okay so I have This porblem, when i shutdown my computer The end program comes up for itunes, after it says itunes there are weird boxes and letters that look a bit like this: [][][][][][][][][][]Φ[]Й[][][][][][][] I have been told that it is a virus and I have run several anti virus runs, including individually on the songs, nothing, but the box is still there, I have deleted itunes twice and it is still there. I don't know what to do but i know that i don't want to pay several hundred dollars to best buy for them to get rid of it. I have the trojanhunter, nothing was found. The music was backed up onto a server and scanned by a friend through mcafee, still nothing, I used to have norton, and it didn't find it either. I know that it isn't the virus that puts itunes.exe in the system folder. If anyone can help that will be great.

Question

So I was able to take a picture of what exactly I am seeing. Not the best quality as the print screen option at shutdown is a moot point. And I noticed something in my task bar when I open I tunes, I have no idea what it is. I did a system search and I cannot find this program. It only stays in my task bar for just a few seconds though then dissapears.

Have "Hijack This" fix all the following items in the list below by placing a check in the appropriate boxes.Confirm that you have only the listed ones checked, then press <Fix checked> and Close HJT.

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C8B2A36-3DB1-42A4-A3CB-D426709BBFEB} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [mjcecxz0] C:\Program Files\mjcecxz0\mjcecxz0.exe

Open Windows Explorer and delete the following highlighted file/s

C:\Program Files\mjcecxz0\mjcecxz0.exe

Sysfader is not a virus. It seems to be installed with nVidia drivers.
My display driver is provided by nVidia. It offers all kinds of options and one of them is the culprit. The solution is Go to START > CONTROL PANEL > DISPLAY > NVIDIA NVIEW DESKTOP MANAGER > tab DESKTOP MANAGEMENT > PROPERTIES > tab APPEARANCE > EFFECTS and uncheck the FADE EFFECT option. God knows what it does but unchecking it solves the problem.

There is no C:\Program Files\mjcexz0\mjcexz0 at all. Could That be what is causing the end program to do that?

SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS.
To show hidden files instructions (WinXP)
Doubleclick My Computer | Tools | Folder Options | View tab
Select Show Hidden Files and Folders
Uncheck Hide extensions for known file types
Uncheck Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)
Select Apply to All Folders | Yes | Apply | OK

Now see if you can see it......

Yea, I have had all files and folders unhidden for a while, I don't like to have them hidden.
