I was just wondering that when you run atf cleaner, is there a reason why history has to be unchecked. Aren't you supposed to dump your history if it gets too full, or does it even get full. I am a little puzzled on that part.

Where did you see that ATF had to be run with History unchecked? I don't see where that would make any difference at all. However, I prefer CCleaner, and I just have everything checked, and keep only those that I know I want. Like PCHF cookies. LOL.
