About a week ago, my IE and Outlook started to look odd .. pages that had a white background, now are silver.
If I write a new email in Outlook 2003, the background used to be white .. now is silver. This is not a "stationery" issue, as it is set to <None>. The email is in HTML format, however.
But the complimentary problem is tons of web pages, in IE7, now have that silver background when it should be white. If I open the page in FF, it appears correctly, with a white background.
It's as if there's a global style sheet for my entire PC that's changed white to silver for everything with a background.
I tried looking through Display Properties > Appearance .. tried changing themes .. nothing works.
It's really maddening, since so many web pages look fubar now, as well as all my email.
Anyone? HELP!
