Default System error report location

My PC crashed and I would like to know where the file is, the one that logs these kinds of faults and helps give an idea of what the cause was. I have seen it before but cannot remember where it was stored. Please feel free to enlighten me.

Hope you are running one of the following:2000 & XP.
Try Dr Watson, its a program error handler that deals with errors as they arise during the running of a program. Open the run box and type drwtsn32.exe. and that will start Dr Watson so you could set it up. You can read more about Dr Watson on the help menu of the said operatig systems.
