Default Un-assigned drive

Hi,
Well I'm at my neighboor's house trying to save her files, and she can't burn them, so I brought one of my spare Hard Drives to trasnfer files to it so that then I can format her HD and install a non-pirated version of XP she just bought.
Problem is, her system is a Dell and it's like.. wierd.
I tried connecting the drive, the computer knows it's there, but it doesn't assign it a drive letter. I went into disk management and see for yourself

So I don't know what to do, since there's no BIOS setup I can get into since it's DEll and they have they're own little BIOS thingy that isa only used for backups =\

Hey Darklord!

Guess you were close. Just right-click the drive and it should give you oppurtunities to change or create drive letter.
