Hey there.

"Safe" and "Beta" don't really go together I'm afraid. If you want something that loads 99% of web pages and has a minimal amount of bugs, then stick with IE6 or Firefox for now. You can give IE7 a go by all means - altho I have had a number of issues with it within Vista..haven't tried it yet in XP.
