Hi

i have downloaded a zip program.. and extracted it all. but when i come to open the program the box comes up.. but gives me an error which reads

''Could not aqcuire I/O. Windows NT/2K users must have administrative rights.'' and there is an okay button.. which i click.. and it closes the program..

how can i change this?? so i can view this program..
your help will be apperciated..
