Hey Rob2K6!

I think up to 256 will be fine at least. Perhaps 512 is also an option, but that's far too much for the processor that you use. You won't see any difference.
Also make sure that you have SD-RAM for that mainboard, instead of DDR-RAM which is the current standard.
