Default usb & keyboard/mouse , but no usb

was trying to get a camera attached today , but having probs?

the usb ports where not working correctly (i.e. not detecting new devices properly), so my plan was to uninstall them , and let windows find them again to see if it helped?

problem - I didn?t check the back before I started , the mouse and keyboard are both usb , and no ps2 ports installed at all , so now windows boots up and finds the keyboard first , but I?m unable to select ok to search for default drivers , nor does the mouse work?..

there maybe a simple fix for this , but my head cant think of it , any ideas ?

Hi dcsltd!
Welcome to PC Helpforum!

You may try to perform a Windows XP repair install:

Hya Dcsltd.

Maybe you could borrow a ps/2 mouse from someone to use to install the driver again?

Did you try booting with just the keyboard or just the mouse installed?
