Exclamation Lots Of Error Messages

Hey guys, there have been a lot of error messages coming up. I have no idea why they are coming, and due to what. I had Vista Transformation Pack till last week, and when i uninstalled it, all these error messages started coming up. I have only seen 1 at the moment, by my sister has seen like 15 different. The one i saw was when i opened Add or Remove Programs, it gave me an error message and then i clicked OK, and then it just loaded up. I have put the image below. I have tried the command sfc/scannow a few times, but to no luck. Can anybody tell me what to do. Also today when i started my comp, it said system error, and that my system time had been reset, so i had to put the time in manually, can somebody also fix this. Also my internet explorer gave me error messages after i uninstalled the program. Cheers. http://i6.tinypic.com/11tq2hx.jpg http://i5.tinypic.com/11tqsco.png

Asa,

I am just curious here. Are you thinking that some files that windows needs might have been wiped out with the uninstallation? That is what it looks like to me, which is why I am asking.
