fast user switching
hi all
i am still trying to solve a problem here and really do appreciate the help i am receiving. but what i cannot do is in msconfig click services tab and the fast user switching has a tick in the box but in the status section it is marked "stopped" how can i enable it again please? regards Stan

Right click on "My Computer" --> manage --> services and applications --> find "Fast user switching" in the list on the right --> set it to automatic in the properties and accept/re-boot.
