Question Can't Add Songs To WMP

I recently tried to add the music from my computer to Windows Media Player (I was using WMP10 at the time) and it only added about 1 of my 12 gigabytes of music. I tried closing then opening WMP, and nothing. Tried re booting and also nothing. So, I installed WMP11 Beta, and I have the same problem, only now I don't know how to remove files from the library, or how to uninstall it and return to WMP10.

Please help me!

Hi 4stringpunk!
Welcome to PC Helpforum!

I used WMP11 for a few seconds, and then wanted to switch back to 10.
Thought it was as easy as uninstalling 11. WMP10 will be restored automatically then.

You can uninstall via Control Panel -> Software

Alright, so how have you been trying to get the songs in to WMP.
I guess we're talking about getting them in to the Media Library of WMP?

Have you tried going to add new songs to media library? And point to all mp3?

Default Hi there 4stringpunk

There is a "Add to the Media Library " under the file tab on WMP, i wonder if you have tried that. Under tha option, there is:
by searching computer
add folder
add file or playlist

Right, I don't think you guys are getting me. I go to Add To The Library, and choose what folders to add, and it only adds a fraction of my music.
