While it should add everything.
This may sound like a stupid question, but are you sure all the files are MP3/WMA?
Have you tried to import map by map?
How many files are you trying to input?

Go into WMP and press F3 and a box should appear asking you where you would like to look for files, make sure that the 'Add files previously deleted from library' box is checked and it should load everything back in. Other than that I dont know how you've got into this mess
