Do you still have photo's within your My Pictures directory?

Normally your My Pictures and My Music folder look like a normal folder, once you open it up and look at the folders within there, then you will notice that they have pictures on them. If they don't then you can right click on it and go to properties.
Then you can actually choose which picture you want it to display.

My folders look like those but it doesn't have those mini pictures anymore. It's just like a normal folder you can make.

You can use Twaek-ui to restore those , it can also be manually done but i cant remember how atm.

http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...ertoySetup.exe

On the left at the bottum select "repair" , then you can select to repair those folders there.
