Try this:

Go to start/run/services.msc , then scroll down to the fast user switching service , select/highlight it , right click the entry, and choose "Properties"
Then next to "Startup Type" , in the drop menu , select "Automatic"
Click Apply, then OK , and reboot youre pc.
