Do you recoqnize any of these files as something that you use youreself?
Im not 100% sure if there might be a false positive between them:
C:\Documents and Settings\Guven\My Documents\Dzzz\Matrix Ownage 1.5.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\Guven\My Documents\Dzzz\Progz--------UN---USED\Installation of em\matrix1[1].5.zip/matrix 1.5/Matrix Ownage 1.5.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\Guven\My Documents\My Webpages\Supermeydan\SUPERMEYDAN BACKUP!\The WHOLE site\www\inndir\tools\Crack_Searcher.rar/CRACKSEARCHER.EXE
C:\Documents and Settings\Guven\My Documents\My Webpages\Supermeydan\SUPERMEYDAN BACKUP!\The WHOLE site\public_html\inndir\tools\Crack_Searcher.rar/CRACKSEARCHER.EXE
C:\Documents and Settings\Guven\My Documents\Writingz - Sheets\My Writings\Finished & Archive\Archive\--- OUR BUDGET 2005.xls
If not , then run Ewido again and let it fix what it finds this time.

It might also be an I.E. problem , try this tool:
http://www.pchelpforum.com/all-downl...-explorer.html
And also lets try an online AV scan here:
http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan
And post the log from it please.
