well i mean burn it to a cd then what?

then put it the cd drive... Let it boot up and go to system tools and you can use its XP recovery tools to insert all the missing info from yuor disk. Unless you have 6 floppies laying around and can make the XP bootup disc with them

i just launched it on my virtual drive but having no luck finding system tools

u mean boot at the starting of windows

yes sorry bout that boot it when you boot up your pc. make sure you BIOS it says boot from CD
