hello i am not able to take a screenshot of anything
i try prtscreen or Altprtscrren
but do not work
is there any other way or how to fix this problem thank you

With regards to your problem, does it mean that when u press the button PrintScreen and you go to Paint and press CLT V or Paste it does not work ? Hope to hear from you Matt

Could you follow Matt87's advice, if that doesn't work then have you bought a new keyboard recently or does your keyboard have a F Lock key?
If it does then you need to make sure that the F-Lock is not active (no light) then try using the PrtScn button and pasting it into paint or word.
