Default Free reg seeker??

Hi Guys,
Not too sure if this is where I should be but I would like to ask for some advice re Reg Seeker.I downloaded this some months ago on the advice from another group.I was very happy with reg seeker, but recently I was told to delete it as it could muck up my computer...as one of the groups guru's had run into trouble using it.. I see it has been mentioned here, so I wondered if someone who has used it could give me some up to date info on it..
Regards,
Charlie.

Hi Charlie,

Welcome to PCHF. We have a great group here, with a wide variety of experince, and I am sure that you will get a satisfactory answer.

While, personally, I have not used Reg Seeker, a little research tells me that it rates out very well. The negative comments that I found, related to it not being particularly good for novices, as it can be too powerful, and has the ability to knock out some programs.

The only other problem I encountered in my search is the group of virus' that are named reg seeker, with miscellaneous extensions.

My advice, is that if you are using the program, and are happy with it, keep it. (If it ain't broke, don't fix it. ) Unless you personally encounter a problem, it seems to be perfectly safe to use.

Looking forward to the other comments you will get, and yours as well.

Hi Lady,

Charlie.
