RUN/regedit

click HKEY_CURRENT-USER
" Software
" Microsoft
" Windows
" Current Version
" Policies
" System

now double click task manager, change the value to zero.
Hopefully this should solve your problem.

Hi,

Welcome to PCHF, I'm sure they will get you all fixed up in no time.

One thing to keep in mind is when you post a HJT file, attach it to the post instead of copying and pasting it. No worries though, I've done it too.
