Default [Resolved] Ethernet Drivers

Hey. I can't seem to find the right drivers so i can make use of the on-board LAN on my motherboard. I know the motherboard is by ASUS but I don't know the model number because I threw away the box/manual/cd a while ago by accident. I've contacted ASUS tech support three times but alas, no answer.

I'm currently using USB to connect to my router. My internet speed was regraded yesturday from a 2MB to 6.5MB service, and USB can only support speeds of about 4MB so i'm not getting the maximum speed avaliable and need to use ethernet instead.

How do I find out which model motherboard it is and where do I get these drivers? The LAN works without any additional drivers on my windows vista, but i've never had it working on XP.

It just shows up as this in device manager:

Any help is much appreciated, thanks,
Scott.

Thanks for the link ladygreenwitch, the program shows this information:

I've searched on Asus's website but there are only audio drivers for this model avaliable to download.
Where do I go from here?

Thanks,
Scott.

Hello there! I've found the drivers so you can delete this post if needed.

I was looking for drivers to download but they were listed as a utility download on asus's website, not a driver, which is why I never found it before.

Thanks for your help. Not all a posted post though, without my previous post I wouldn't have found out about that useful program.

Bye for now
Scott
