Exclamation LoST Admin TOols... Office Not WORking

hi,
i just gotta a dell optiplex running xp pro(with sp2) today. i was tryin to make the existing two partitions into three and succeeded. but in the process i had to format d: ...
NOW,
1. i can't find any picture next to the username(tht small pic) at startup
2.ADmin tools won't open in Control panel
3.WORST... none of the office 2003 programs work.. sez they need sku011.cab
4.ALso when i make a new user account and login it says i'll be logged into the default account

i'm not really computer literate... but i figured that all this is coZ i formatted my d:.
THe only FIle present in D: b4 formatting was d:documents and settings\
i tried sys restoring but it doesnt help....

NE1 have any !deas....plzz HELP!
