Slow pc before restart
hi, my problem is when i turn my pc on for the first time, meaning from when it's been turned off, it runs slow, less frame rates in games and so on, but when i restart it's fine, and runs properly, any ideas on what could be wrong ? twould be much helpful, thank you.

Hi,
Welcome to PCHF! At the moment there arent any Techs on but I'm sure one will be around soon. Is it possible it could be spyware? Do you have a firewall, anti spyware program and is your OS security up to date? "Mod in testing" PraiseJah

no spyware, i've reformatted before to see if it would help but was still the same afterwards and spyware doctor finds no infections and xp updates are all up to date.
