Post Problem With Uninstalling Programs

Hey guys, i have got a problem with uninstalling a few problems. There doesn't seem to be a Change or Remove button for a few of them, and also i can't seem to find a lot of windows updates that i had done since before 4 months. I have put a pic of it below. Can anybody tell me how to fix this problem? Cheers.

P.S : I only selected that image as an example. I would like to uninstall a few other software. I know that there are software u can use to uninstall software, but i would like to be able to use it through Add/Remove Programs.

Hi Chatmod!
My welcome to PC Helpforum!

Can you give some examples of the programs that do not offer you a remove button?
I've never seen a problem like this, and although I do not suspect malware, we better rule it out.
Could you please follow the 'Prework' instructions in my signature.

Blue

howdy chatmod#1,
You can use the below program to uninstall programs that do not point to anywhere. I would clean up the registry first with it then do the uninstall..

Since some or most of them are Microsoft entries, go to start...Programs then hover over the entry and then go to the uninstall entry.. Some Microsft programs can only be ununstalled this way..
As for updates do you have the little boxed checked (in add/remove programs) :"show updates"

yes, the tick is checked. I think some sort of wndows/system file is missing or something for this to happen. Is there any software that tells me about any missing DLL's or any other system file types that are missing or corrupt?
