Default I removed a programme I shouldnt have
while trying to get rid of a ad ware programme and I can not remember the name of it which is a bit of a problem.

What has resulted is no sound being played and the screen jumps when I scroll down pages,

anybody have any clue as to what I should do?

Hey Karl,

Just do this to get your program back:
- Go to Start Menu
- View All Programs
- Click Accessories;System Tools;System Restore

From there you will be able to restore your PC to an earlier time, for instance, yesterday, or before you deleted the program.
