Default SATA Problem.. not appearing

hi all !!

i have a problem.... i have 3 hard disks (180g seatgate IDE, 40g samsung SATA, 80 seagate SATA), i installed all the raid drivers etc and selcted raid in my bios because im using the built in raid facility on my asus p4v800d-x motherboard.

Basically i partitioned my IDE hdd and installed windows on it, and i can see the two partitions in my computer but i cannot see the two SATA drives. i know that the sata drives are connected because in device manager i can see them. heres a picture so you have a better idea what im on about, btw the C: & D: are the partitions of the IDE drive so they dont matter...

any help is much appreciated...anything so that i can at least store data on sata hard disks...thanks

Hya A.J. , welcome to PCHF.

Are it new drives , and have they been partitioned/formatted yet?

Have a look if the drives show up in diskmanagement , rightclick on "my computer" and select "manage" then on the left select "disk management".
